I will say that they sold me some of the best 3D printing filament that I've ever bought at the best price that I've ever bought it. But they have some customer service issues. They either are all up in your business, or you can't get anybody to pay any attention to you. It's either high pressure or absence of any human contact. Somehow. I wish they'd find a way get some people to provide some services somewhere in the middle

I have used this store without issue for years but I will not be back after how I've been treated. They misrepresented their Total Tech coverage to me, and when I went to use it it covered none of the things I actually care about, even though I confirmed when I purchased it. The manager's answer was "You should have read the fine print" when I bought it from his cashier. They will happily take your money, but you will spend hours on hold and being transferred before you finally get a resolution on any issue you have with them. Other than the manager, the staff at this store are amazing. They do a great job and are genuinely knowledgeable. This was frankly unacceptable and no one in their store or on their broken phone tree will take ownership of the problem and give me a solution that actually works.

Horrible. I'm over an hour away and tried to call about spending money. I was required to go through an AI assistant until someone in an offshore call center answered and told me that BEST BUY, ERIE, PA is not taking calls. ....Then a response that says go to social media. Nice.

I went there for a fitbit. At first walked in realized there wasn't any left. I asked the first associate and he was short with responses and just said if it's not there we don't have any. The other associate came over and mentioned I can buy it offline and I'll get it within a couple days. I appreciated him because I was able to get the watch I really wanted, plus I got my favorite color online 😊 really glad I went there. He was very genuine and helpful. Walked me through everything to get me one. Package came as expected and I love it!

Will never buy another TV from here again. It was literally ONE DAY passed due date and they wouldn’t even offer store credit. I tried driving up yesterday but it was a level 3 snowstorm in Erie and they closed early before 8 pm. I’ve never seen such a terrible policy. The manager Jason said his hands were tied and they tried upselling me on some membership product. Definitely would not recommend Best Buy for any customer service. Never again. Both the manager and supervisor especially were rude about it. In an era where Amazon is constantly stealing market share, customer service is their only saving grace. lol and bestbuy please don’t bother replying to my review with your canned standard response of ‘find us on social media we would like to hear more about it’ what a joke for customer service. Update: I did contact the social media pages and they said it would be up to the manager. So I assume he had the power to do so and refused.
